By accessing or using TokoFeed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TokoFeed is a news aggregation and social media content generation platform. The Service collects news on topics you select and provides tools to generate social media posts based on that news.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google authentication or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including guidelines, draft posts, and comments on drafts. By using the Service, you grant TokoFeed a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Comments you post on drafts are visible to all members of the associated project.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for any content you publish to third-party platforms through the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. We also use PostHog for product analytics to improve the Service. Your use of these integrations is subject to those platforms' respective terms of service and privacy policies. TokoFeed is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. TokoFeed does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TokoFeed does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
TokoFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
