• Account information (email address, display name) via Google or email sign-in
• Content you create (guidelines, draft posts, comments on drafts, chat messages with Toko)
• Social media connection tokens (encrypted) when you connect X or LinkedIn
• Email address when you subscribe to the daily digest
• Usage data and analytics (pages visited, features used, interactions) via PostHog

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To generate AI-powered content based on your guidelines
• To publish posts to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
• To send daily news digest emails if you subscribe

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Social media OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TokoFeed:

• Google Cloud / Firebase (authentication, database)
• Vercel (hosting, serverless functions)
• PostHog (product analytics, error tracking)
• Resend (email delivery)

When you connect your X or LinkedIn account, we access those platforms' APIs on your behalf using your authorized tokens.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your guidelines and drafts at any time. Unsubscribing from the digest removes your email from the mailing list.

7. Cookies and Analytics

TokoFeed uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how users interact with the Service. PostHog may set cookies to identify unique visitors and track sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
